It's in a good location. There are a lot of restaurants and close to the conference spot. The staff are nice. They took time to explain a lot of details and were really friendly.

central location very nice staff in the reception. We asked to separate our blankets and they switched us to a bigger room with two beds. Good coffee in the morning in the lobby.

We could walk to most of the museums and attractions that we wanted to see as well as many restaurants. The hotel is also very convenient to get to the L and to take the Blue Line to and from O'Hare. The bed was very comfortable.

Our room was huge. I believe it may have been for disability. Large bathroom and roomy bedroom. There were windows that let light in but no view. We asked for a quiet room and it was.
